• Company Profile

GMXR founded in 1998 and publicly traded since 2001 is an E&P company with development acreage in two oil resource Plays -the Williston Basin (North Dakota / Montana) and the DJ Basin (Wyoming), targeting the Bakken/Sanish-Three Forks and Niobrara Formations, respectively. The company also operates in two natural gas/liquids rich resource plays - the Haynesville/Bossier Formation and the Cotton Valley Sand Formation in the East Texas Basin, where the vast majority of our acreage is contiguous, and held by production. The Company believes multiple productive layers within these domestic oil and natural gas resources provide us with the flexibility to allocate capital across commodities and basins, to achieve the highest risk adjusted rate of return. Further, the oil and natural gas resources provide a robust inventory of high probability, repeatable, organic growth opportunities. The Bakken properties contain 52 potential operated units (1,280 acre), 208 operated locations (10,000 ft laterals). The Niobrara properties contain 146 potential operated units (640 acre), 584 operated locations (5,000 ft. laterals) and the combination of both Bakken and Niobrara properties provides the Company with an estimated 20 rig-year inventory. The Haynesville/Bossier and the Cotton Valley Sand locations include 253 (6,500’) net Haynesville/Bossier horizontal locations, and 83 (7,500’) net Cotton Valley Sand horizontal locations, representing an estimated 12-13 year inventory of development utilizing two continuous rigs.
  • GMXR Oil & Natural Gas Exploration and Production

GMXR is a resource play rich E&P company with development acreage in two oil shale resources in the Bakken (North Dakota / Montana) targeting the Bakken & Sanish-Three Forks and the DJ Basin (Wyoming) targeting the Niobrara Formation; both plays are 90% oil. Our natural gas/liquid rich resources are located in the East Texas Basin, in the Haynesville/Bossier gas shale and the Cotton Valley Sand Formation, where the majority of our acreage is contiguous and held by production. We believe these oil and natural gas resource plays provide a substantial inventory of operated, high probability, repeatable, organic growth opportunities. The Bakken properties contain nearly 600 undrilled, 9,500' lateral length locations, 52 potential operated 1280-acre units and 208 operated locations, with between 50% and 75% working interest. The Niobrara properties contain 584 undrilled, 4,000' lateral length locations, 95 potential operated 640-acre units and 380 operated locations, with an average working interest of 70%. The Haynesville/Bossier and the Cotton Valley Sand locations include 253 (6,500’) net Haynesville/Bossier horizontal locations, and 83(7,500’) net Cotton Valley Sand horizontal locations. The Company believes multiple basins and both oil and natural gas resource choices provide us with flexibility to allocate capital to achieve the highest risk adjusted rate of return on our portfolio.
  • GMXR's Environmental Stewardship

We pride ourselves on being a safe operator for the sake of our employees, contractors, and the environment. We have a long-held commitment to health and safety and these two factors have and will remain two of the core considerations of every operational decision we make in planning and drilling oil and natural gas wells. We believe in minimizing the environmental impact of our drilling programs through the use of multi-pad drilling, meaning we drill wells from as few surface pads as possible, and we work closely with all regulators with jurisdiction over our operations to ensure we meet or exceed every environmental standard.
  • Natural Gas in the United States

Natural gas is widely considered to be a cleaner alternative to many sources of energy for use in the transportation sector, residential, and industrial sectors. Advancements made in drilling technology and well completion techniques, such as hydraulic fracturing, have allowed natural gas producers to efficiently produce higher volumes of natural gas from reservoirs than ever before. Collectively, the natural gas industry in the U.S. is poised to deliver significantly higher production, which in turn will contribute to our country’s efforts to measurably reduce imported oil.

FROM THE CEO

GMXR's 2012 plan. Execution! We will focus on timely, quality drilling, completion and production operations of our Bakken acreage. GMXR’s objective for the second half of 2011, to increase our liquidity to fund our 2012 oil drilling program and into 2013 has been achieved. At year-end 2011, our revenues were 88% natural gas and by successfully drilling our Bakken acreage 70% of our revenues are projected to be oil and natural gas liquids.
